Wild Wanderers: Wild Flowers and Cicadas

Join us on Thursday, May 23rd at 10:30AM with your kids (ages 3-8) to take an easy guided walk around Mill Ridge Park. As we walk, we’ll read aloud from a children’s nature-themed book and check out wildflowers and critters, keeping a look out for cicadas. We will bring our binoculars and bird guides as we wander. After the walk, we will do some arts and crafts.

Meet at the Friends’ House, marked by three yellow flags and cones, at 12965 Old Hickory Blvd, Antioch, 37013. Wear shoes suitable for uneven terrain. Snacks, sunscreen, and bug repellent will be provided.
