Fruit Tree Planting

Volunteer to plant and care for fruit trees at the forthcoming Mill Ridge Park in Antioch, Tennessee.

Volunteering will consist of a variety of instructed tasks, including pruning, planting, and fencing fruit trees at Mill Ridge Park.

Mill Ridge Park is 650 acres of nature, centrally located in the fast-growing, diverse community of Southeast Davidson County. Friends of Mill Ridge Park enhances and advocates for Mill Ridge Park to strengthen the community in Southeast Davidson County. The orchard at Mill Ridge Park will provide healthy access to fresh fruit for neighboring families, students, and employees, while improving the air and water quality for the region.

Dress for the outdoors. Supplies, equipment, and refreshments will be provided onsite.
Screening and protocols will be required for safety.
