Volunteer at Mill Ridge Park!

There are several ways you can volunteer to contribute to Mill Ridge Park and our community during September and October. Click on the links below to sign up:

Grand Celebration on September 30th: Help us celebrate the grand opening of the park by sharing information about park programming and upcoming volunteer opportunities with visitors, facilitating family-friendly lawn games and activities, and doing pre-event setup and post-event teardown. Different shift times are available for sign up.  

Kite Fest on October 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th : We need your help with a variety of tasks that may include welcoming park visitors, assembling kites, demonstrating proper kite flying etiquette, facilitating lawn games, replenishing snacks and beverages, and post-event cleanup. Different shift times are available for sign up.

Pumpkin Patch Parties on October 20th and 27th: You will help with a variety of fun tasks that may include welcoming park visitors, staffing the painting activities for both the pick'n'paint your own pumpkin activities and our community mural, facilitating family-friendly lawn game, and post-event cleaning. Different shift times are available for sign up.

Farm Friends weekly opportunities: Each week we have seasonal tasks for you to help us with including working in the pumpkin patch, gardens, orchard, and assisting with other park beautification activities.
